Certified Organic, and decaffeinated using a Water Process (Swiss Water Process, or Mountain Water Process), which uses the elements of pure water, temperature and time and creates some of the most intriguing decaf coffee, 99.9% caffeine free.
The specific lots may change throughout the year. The origin may change (but will remain from South/Central America) but the flavor profile will stay fairly consistent.
