Organically grown by the 400 member farms of the COCAFCAL cooperative surrounding Las Capucas, Honduras. This coffee is comprised Caturra, Catuai, Pacas and Bourbon varieties and grown at 1,450 - 1,700 masl. Processed using the washed method and dried on raised beds at the farms and at the coop solar dryer.
Certified Organic by the Oregon Department of Agriculture, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process
