SUBSCRIPTION GUIDE
How do I make changes to my coffee subscription, you ask? Keep reading and we'll walk you through some basics.
First, you'll need to sign in to your account: Click the little person -- that's the account login icon -- circled in photo below. (Click this LINK to go directly to the login screen.)

Type in the email and password associated with your account, and click 'SIGN IN' (click the "Forgot Password?" to reset your password if you can't remember it - you might need to check spam for the reset email).

Once logged in, you'll see your ORDER HISTORY and ACCOUNT DETAILS. Under Account Details, click 'Manage Subscriptions' to view or make changes.
If you're on your cell phone, you'll need to scroll all the way to the bottom, OR turn the screen to be horizontal to see the ACCOUNT DETAILS and Manage Subscriptions options.

Once on the Manage Subscription page (below) you can:
- Change the date of your next subscription, or for all shipments going forward (read carefully).
- Change the frequency of your subscription. Note when the next one will ship and amend if needed.
- Pause your subscription
- Change billing, payment or shipping information
- Adjust the products in your subscription (IE: change from 2 bags to 4 bags, ground to whole bean, etc...) Swap, or Edit to add or remove.
- Manage upcoming orders to skip one or see dates
- Add discount codes if you have one
- See transaction history
- Cancel your subscription (I mean, hopefully you don't need to do that, but it's there if you need it!)
