Grown by the ANEI, a collective of more than 800 indigenous and small producers in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta and Serrania del Perijá mountains of northern Colombia. Caturra and Colombia varieties grown at 1200-1500 Meters above sea level. Fully washed process and dried on raised beds. This one is roasted a little darker and reminds us of: Dark Chocolate, roasted marshmallow and brown sugar.
