These might include a single origin coffee, a standout blend that's jumping off the cupping table, a coffee from a new sourcing partner. Maybe something new or different has caught our attention. You may even receive multiple coffees from the same farm but that have been processed using different methods, or roasted to different levels.
Coffees will generally be on the light/medium side of the roast spectrum to highlight the origin and process (although we reserve the right to include something darker to mix things up).

Please note: We roast these coffees on Tuesdays to ship out Thursday. You will receive email notification when your order has been shipped (with tracking info) or is ready to be picked up locally (if you choose pickup as your shipping option).
