We're excited to offer up smaller samples of some of the beautiful single origin coffees we've been able to procure. Sourcing coffees is the most important thing we do as a roaster. The next is roasting to showcase their inherent beauty as best we can, and we're loving what we've been able to discover in these three.  Receive three - 4oz bags, whole bean coffee, 1 of each of the following coffees:

NEGELE GORBITU - Ethiopia, organic

  • Processing: Washed
  • Roast level: Medium/light

Why We Love This Coffee:  There is something special about working cooperatively. Co-ops are involved in every step of the supply chain with this coffee. Grown by a co-op of growers, exported out of Ethiopia by a farmer-owned cooperative union and imported by a co-op of roasters. Aside from the sourcing, this coffee is a prime example of how delicious the high-grown, washed coffees in Yirgacheffe can be.  The delicate complexity of pleasant floral and tea-like flavor, with the juicy sweetness of stone fruit make this coffee a frequent favorite on the cupping table.
